What do you do with two coiled girls, who are hot and bothered, and need to burn off some steam? A walk.
Living in a caravan is always a huge challenge, but when you home-school also, it's even harder. So I decided to take them for a walk. There is a public footpath at the bottom of the campsite, so I took them across a 'billy goat gruff' bridge, then across the emerald field of stinging neetles, and over mole hills. I noticed how pretty the little doll sized flowers where that were growing along side the stream, the girls picked out a few,and Karl picked the larger ones which were fortressed by nettles.
The day was warm and inviting, and the girls managed to stretch their legs, and pick their own flowers; the youngest decided to eat more than she held. We held buttercups up underneath our chins, and asked eachother whether we liked butter. Oh the loveliness, and how simple.
